Web design for contractors

A contractor website that turns searches into booked jobs

Most contractor sites are online brochures that lose the lead the moment the customer clicks off. Reputation Automation builds you a fast, custom site plus a lead system that captures every inquiry in one place and follows up, so the call goes to you instead of the next contractor on the list.

Month-to-month. Clean exit. Your site is yours.

    The build

What a contractor site from Reputation Automation includes

One custom site, built for how contractors actually get found and hired.

A fast site that is actually yours

Custom built and handed to you on GitHub with your own domain. It loads fast on a phone, where your customers search from the driveway, and it is not rented back to you month to month.

    Every lead in one place

Form fills, calls, and messages land in a single dashboard instead of scattered across voicemail, texts, and a buried inbox. Nothing slips through while you are on a job site.

Follow-up that does not depend on memory

New leads drop into a pipeline with email follow-up built in, so a prospect who reaches out at 7pm is not forgotten by the time you are off the ladder.

    Reviews that win local searches

A system that asks happy customers for a review at the right moment, so the star count that decides who gets called keeps climbing.

    Local proof

Built for a general contractor already

Reputation Automation started with a contractor. The first full build was for Grind N Shine Pros, a general contractor here in Wichita.

“Reputation Automation built our website and lead tracking system, and it has completely removed a major headache. I can now see every inquiry in one place and respond much faster. We're getting quotes out to clients quicker and I've become far more responsive without adding extra work to my day.”

Clark, Owner, Grind N Shine Pros

    The founder

A founder who builds systems, not just sites

By day I engineer industrial automation and control systems, the PLC and DCS logic that runs heavy equipment. I built the first version of this lead system for my brother's contracting business, Grind N Shine Pros, before it was ever a product. You work directly with the person who builds and runs it, local to Wichita, not an account rep at a national SaaS company.

    Fit

    Who this is for

General contractors, remodelers, and trades (roofing, concrete, decks, additions) where the owner is on the tools and leads slip through between jobs. It is a fit if you want to own your site, stop losing inquiries, and keep a clean month-to-month arrangement with a 30-day out. It is not a fit if you want a cheap template you will never touch, or a hands-off national SaaS subscription.

    First step

    Start with a presence audit

See exactly where your current site and lead flow are leaking jobs. The presence audit is a paid, defined teardown of your site, mobile speed, reviews, and lead response, with the fixes ranked.
