Meet Chandler Roetzer
I'm Chandler Roetzer. My day job is automation engineering in the polymers industry. I design, build, and commission DCS and PLC systems, both independently and as part of a team. When you're responsible for a system running 24/7, you don't guess. You define the logic, monitor the state, and build in every failure condition before it happens.
That's the same discipline I bring to local business lead flow.
Most service businesses lose leads not because they're bad at their work, but because there's no system. A form submits. Nobody follows up. The phone rings and goes to voicemail. The job goes to whoever responded first, which wasn't you. That's a control system failure. It's fixable.
I built the first version of this for my brother Clark's general contracting business here in Wichita. Defined the logic, automated the follow-up, built him a dashboard to see every lead. It worked. He told me to do it for others. So I did.
