Who we are

I am Chandler Roetzer. My day job is automation engineering in the polymers industry. I design, build, and commission DCS and PLC systems, both independently and as part of a team. When you are responsible for a system running 24/7, you don't guess. You define the logic, monitor the state, and build in every failure condition before it happens.

That is the same discipline I bring to local business lead flow.

Most service businesses lose leads not because they are bad at their work, but because there is no system. A form submits. Nobody follows up. The phone rings and goes to voicemail. The job goes to whoever responded first, which wasn't you. That is a control system failure. It is fixable.

I built the first version of this for my brother Clark's general contracting business here in Wichita. Defined the logic, automated the follow-up, and got every lead onto his phone the minute it came in, so there was nothing for him to log into and go check. It worked. He told me to do it for others. So I did.

If you have been burned by an agency before, I get it. I am not running a template off a course. I am an engineer who builds systems for a living, and when something breaks you get the founder, not a ticket queue.
