    Why we are doing this

    Our first clients came through people we know. That is a fine start, and it is not proof to a stranger.

    The businesses we feature next are the proof: real names, real numbers, pulled from the systems we run for them. That is worth more to us than the build fee, so we trade one for the other.

    Who this is for

    All five have to be true, and you can be anywhere in the country. The work is remote, and the testimonial can be filmed over video.

    • A service business. Contractors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, lawn, pest, cleaning, auto, salons, restaurants, water treatment.
    • Owner operated, with the owner on the call.
    • A Google Business Profile you have claimed, or will claim before we start.
    • Someone at the business who will answer the leads the tools surface. This is the one we screen for on the call, because a case study lives or dies on it.
    • A new client. If we have built for you before, this is not for you, and thank you.

    The trade

    What you get

    • The $497 build fee is waived. You pay $0 for the build.
    • $397 a month, and in writing it stays $397 for 12 months from your launch date.
    • Month to month, 30 days notice, nothing auto renews, same as every client. The one difference: leave before your video is recorded and the $497 build fee is due. Your website, domain, leads, and customer data are yours. The managed tools that run behind the site are provided as a service and stay with us.

    What you give

    • Answering the leads. The tools surface calls, texts, and forms faster, and they only produce results if someone at your business responds. This is the whole deal.
    • A video testimonial. A short recorded conversation, filmed by us within 30 days of launch, in person or over video. You can ask us to cut anything before it goes up.
    • Permission to feature your business. Your business name, the owner's first name, logo, city, screenshots of your site, and job photos you choose.
    • Permission to publish your results. We already see every lead the tools handle, so we build the case study ourselves: leads captured, how fast they were answered, missed calls recovered, reviews earned. Totals only. Your customers' names, numbers, and messages are never published, and you see the case study before it goes live.

    Before anything is built

    • Month 1 paid at signing. $397, which covers your first month and reserves your spot.
    • That is the whole gate. On the kickoff call we will ask a few quick questions about how leads come in today. Rough answers are fine, and "we don't track it" is a fine answer too.

    How it goes

    1. 1The call. We go through your setup the same way we do for anyone, and we check the list above.
    2. 2Signing. The standard agreement plus a one-page featured client addendum. Month 1 is paid at signing.
    3. 3The build. Seven to ten days from the day we start, same as every site.
    4. 4Launch. The monthly runs from here.
    5. 5The video. Filmed within 30 days of launch.
    6. 6Published. Your case study goes up around day 90, after you review it.

    The rules we hold ourselves to

    Results are published as measured: totals, exactly as the system records them. No invented comparisons, no rounding up. If the numbers are not worth featuring, we tell you and do not publish. You are never asked to say anything you do not mean, and you can ask us to cut anything from your video before it goes live.

    You can leave any time with 30 days notice. One condition: if you leave before your video is recorded, the $497 build fee becomes due, because the video is what the waived fee pays for. The same applies if the video is not recorded within 60 days of launch because you were not available. Once the video is recorded, the waived fee stays waived no matter when you leave.

    Questions people ask before they sign

    Why would you build it for $0?

    Because published results with a real business name attached are what we do not have yet, and no amount of copy on this site replaces them. The build fee is the smaller of the two things.

    Is $397 a month the real price?

    The real price. It is what every client pays, and the featured client addendum puts in writing that it stays $397 for 12 months from your launch date.

    What counts as a new client?

    A business we have not built for before. Our first two clients are how this company started, and they are the reason the next five need to be strangers.

    Do I need to track anything?

    No. The tools record everything from launch on. On the kickoff call we will ask how things run today so we can show the before and after, and if you do not know, that is fine.

    What if my results are not impressive?

    Then we do not feature them, or we publish them honestly. We never dress up a miss.

    What if I want out early?

    Thirty days notice, same as any client. If you leave before the video is recorded, the $497 build fee is due. After that, nothing further is owed.

    What happens after Dec 31, 2026?

    The program closes. The website and the five tools stay available at the standard $497 build and $397 a month.

    I am not in Wichita. Does that matter?

    No. Onboarding is remote, and the video can be filmed over a video call.
