Case study

Rebuilding TAC Water Solutions from a GoDaddy Airo site

TAC Water Solutions is a whole-home water treatment company in Keller, serving the broader Dallas and Fort Worth area. For years their website ran on a GoDaddy Airo build. It looked passable at a glance, but it never said what TAC actually did, who it was for, or why anyone should call. Every page read like it could belong to any business in any industry.

    Before
TAC Water Solutions old GoDaddy Airo website, a dark generic template with a Pure Water Pure Life tagline and a contact form, on desktop and mobile
    The old GoDaddy Airo site.

    The situation

The old site was a generic GoDaddy Airo template. It led with a stock hero image and a vague tagline, with no offer anywhere above the fold. Positioning was generic enough that a visitor could not tell TAC apart from a national chain or a one-person operation. The company runs whole-home water treatment out of Keller, including softeners, drinking water systems, filtration, well water, and water heater service, yet none of that came through.

The worst part was the contact form. On submit it returned a send error and the message never transmitted, so leads never reached the owner. Someone could fill out every field, hit send, and quietly go nowhere. The lead was silently lost.

The old form returned this error on every submit. The lead was lost.

    What we changed

We rebuilt the site around a single clear offer and a hook that names the customer's actual reason to visit: start with an in-home water test, then see exactly what your home needs. That offer sits at the top of the page instead of hiding behind a slogan. Calls to action are structured and repeat at natural decision points, and the layout is mobile-first, since most local searches happen on a phone.

The contact path actually works now. Submissions route to the owner, there is a click-to-call button for people who would rather talk, and the email inbox is monitored. Every lead reaches the owner.

“I tried building my own website and finally gave up and got in touch with reputation automation and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend!!!”

If your site looks fine but never quite says what you do, a rebuild usually pays for itself in the first few leads.
