    Why we are doing this

    We have two client sites live. Both are people we know. That is a fine start and it is not proof to a stranger.

    The next five clients are the proof. Five service businesses, real names, real numbers, published as they come out. That is worth more to us than five build fees, so we are trading one for the other.

    Who this is for

    All five have to be true, and you can be anywhere in the country. The work is remote and the 90-day interview runs over video.

    • A service business. Contractors, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, lawn, pest, cleaning, auto, salons, restaurants, water treatment.
    • Owner operated, with the owner on the call.
    • A Google Business Profile you have claimed, or will claim before we start.
    • Someone at the business who will answer the leads the tools surface. This is the one we screen for on the call, because a case study lives or dies on it.
    • A new client. If we have built for you before, this is not for you, and thank you.

    The trade

    What you get

    • The $497 build fee is waived. You pay $0 for the build.
    • $397 a month from launch, and in writing it stays $397 for 12 months from your launch date.
    • The same terms as every client. Month to month, 30 days notice, nothing auto renews. Your website, domain, leads, and customer data are yours. The managed tools that run behind the site are provided as a service and stay with us.

    What you give

    • Answering the leads. The tools surface calls, texts, and forms faster, and they only produce results if someone at your business responds. This is the whole deal.
    • A named case study. Your business name, the owner's first name, your logo, screenshots of the site, and the before and after numbers, on our website and social channels.
    • A written testimonial. Two to four sentences in your words. You approve the wording before anything is published.
    • A 90-day results interview. About 30 minutes, over video, recorded, roughly 90 days after launch.

    Before anything is built

    • Month 1 paid at signing. $397, which covers your first month and reserves your spot. This is the one place the founding path differs from the standard terms, where the monthly starts at launch.
    • Your baseline numbers submitted. Monthly calls, monthly form leads, missed calls if you know them, Google review count and rating, and how fast you answer a new lead today. "We don't track it" is a fine answer.
    • Nothing is built until both are done. Without a baseline there is no before and after to publish.

    How it goes

    1. 1The call. We go through your setup the same way we do for anyone, and we check the list above.
    2. 2Signing. You sign the standard agreement plus a one-page founding addendum. Month 1 is paid at signing.
    3. 3Baseline. You send the numbers. Nothing is built until they are in.
    4. 4The build. Seven to ten days from the day we start, same as every site.
    5. 5Launch. The monthly runs from here.
    6. 6Day 90. A 30-minute recorded interview about what changed.
    7. 7Published. Your case study goes up on our site and social, with your approval on the testimonial wording.

    The rules we hold ourselves to

    Results are published as measured. If the numbers are bad, we publish them honestly or we do not publish at all. You are never obligated to say anything positive, and you approve your testimonial wording before it goes live.

    You can leave any time with 30 days notice, same as any client, with no penalty and no clawback of the waived build fee. Leave before the 90-day interview and no case study is published and nothing further is owed by either side.

    Questions people ask before they sign

    Why would you build it for $0?

    Because published results with a real business name attached are what we do not have yet, and no amount of copy on this site replaces them. The build fee is the smaller of the two things.

    Is $397 a month the real price or a founding price?

    The real price. It is what every client pays, and the founding addendum puts in writing that it stays $397 for 12 months from your launch date.

    What counts as a new client?

    A business we have not built for before. Our first two clients are how this company started, and they are the reason the next five need to be strangers.

    What if my numbers do not improve?

    Then that is what gets published, or nothing does. We would rather show an honest miss than a dressed-up win, and you are never asked to pretend otherwise.

    What if I want out before the 90 days?

    Thirty days notice, same as any client. No penalty, and the waived build fee stays waived. No case study is published and nothing further is owed by either side.

    What happens after Dec 31, 2026?

    The founding spots close. The website and the five tools stay available at the standard $497 build and $397 a month.

    I am not in Wichita. Does that matter?

    No. Onboarding and the 90-day interview run over video. Everything else already happens remotely.
